With over 20 years in clinical practice, I bring a unique perspective to optometry through my dual qualification in both Optometry and Pharmacy. My career has spanned diverse settings - from high street practices with all major chains to running my own NHS-contracted domiciliary service. Alongside this clinical work, I'm passionate about business technologies that aid the customer journey, allowing for increased practice revenue in a competitive marketplace.
